Keating Resources announced that it obtained a certificate of completion from the City of Tampa for their 178,367 square foot advanced distribution and manufacturing building located on 18 bayfront acres at 101 South 34th Street near downtown Tampa after three years of planning and construction.

The company also announced the long-term lease of 31,820 square feet to Tampa-based Workscapes which will consolidate its corporate headquarters and showroom located in downtown Tampa along with assembly to the Class A building. Dick Dvorak, President of Workscapes, said that the decision to lease space within the building was based on building quality and location to better serve its customers. The company will host 35 employees at the facility.

Gerard Keating, CEO of Keating Resources, said two other leases are pending which will bring the building to 100% occupancy within 60 days.
