Keating Resources Sold a 138,000 SF Distribution Center Located at 1242 Regal Row in Dallas, Texas on August 1, 2020

Dallas-based Keating Resources sold a 138,000 square foot distribution center, on 6.5 acres, located at 1242 Regal Row in Dallas, Texas on August 1, 2020. The property was sold to Lonestar Electric Supply which leased the property from Keating Resources in August 2019 when Keating Resources purchased the property.

Keating Resources built 11,000 SF of customized office space for Lonestar within the building, including a retail showroom. Neil Clay, President of Lonestar, stated that the strategically located building, with fenced outdoor storage, in the coveted Brook Hollow Industrial Park, proved ideal for the rapidly growing electrical component distribution company consolidating two nearby distribution centers.

Alec Keating, Partner at Keating Resources, said the company expects to announce new acquisitions of like-kind infill industrial properties in the DFW market in the coming months.
