During due diligence, we leased the building to Lonestar Electric Supply who is currently operating the facility as a showroom and fulfillment. The property was sold to Lonestar Electric Supply in July of 2020.
When the lease was signed and the building sold, Keating Resources achieved a record lease rate and sale price per square foot for buildings over 100,000 SF in the Brookhollow Submarket. Jeremy Mercer and Turner Peterson with Mercer Company represented KR on the acquisition, lease, and sale. Turner Jacobs represented KR for the interior buildout and Heitman Architects represented KR for the design.
