Keating Resources celebrated the completion of the shell of 178,000 square foot bay front office and distribution center located near downtown Tampa, announcing that the building’s first tenant Harper Limbach will take occupancy on July 1. Branded Tampa Fulfillment Center, the 32’ clear height Class A building is designed for six 30,000 sf tenants with each unit having 8 dock high doors, 2 drive in doors, 50 parking spaces, 600 amp electrical service, and multiple fiber providers along with above market specification of R 25 roof insulation which allows 100% of the building to be air conditioned per State of Florida energy code.
Gerard Keating, CEO of Keating Resources said that the company is in negotiations with multiple prospects including biotech, pharma, and tech companies.
Harper Limbach (NASDAQ-LMB) will occupy 31,820 sf with 11,000 sf of office relocating from an office building near Tampa International Airport. Nick Angerosa, Senior Vice President of Harper said the company chose the building based on Class A construction plus unique amenities including over 300 parking spaces, adjacent bay front park with bike trail plus immediate access to Tampa’s central business district, the historic Ybor district and adjacent Selmon Expressway.
