In December of 2015, DS Containers completed the construction of a new 300,000 square foot warehouse in West Chicago. Keating Resources brokered the new property for CenterPoint Properties. A 250,000 square foot expansion is expected to be completed by January of 2017, which will bring the warehouse’s total square footage to 550,000 SF.
