A Plant City property was recently leased by Keating Resources, which has offices in Naples, Florida and Atkinson, Nebraska.

Naples-based investing company, Keating Resources, leased a rail-served facility in front of a 58,000 square foot property to 84 Lumber. The property, situated in Plant City, is located three miles from Interstate 4 and also contains 2 acres of fenced outside storage. 84 Lumber chain stocks building materials and supplies in a warehouse-like space. Keating Resources and 84 Lumber were represented by David A. Buckner, SIOR with Lakeland, Florida based Buckner Commercial Real Estate.
