Two-Building, 201,000 SF Distribution Center Sold to KKR

A partnership of Naples, Florida-based Keating Resources (www.keatingresources.com) and Miami-based Easton Group (www.theeastongroup.com) sold a four-tenant, 100% leased, 201,000 SF, 28’ clear height, distribution center located at 5300 East Adamo Drive in Tampa, FL to KKR (www.kkr.com). The group bought the park in December 2018 40% vacant with no long term leases in place.
