An 80,000 square foot property was recently leased to Interport Logistics. The property’s FTZ status was activated so the property may handle products through Port Miami.

TAMPA, FLORIDA

A 25,000 square foot property was leased to Decorator’s Office and Furniture, which houses an office showroom as well as a distribution warehouse. CQ Insulation signed a 12,000 square foot property lease for warehousing and distributing insulation products for multifamily, commercial and residential building projects.

A bed frame manufacturer, Miller Lumber, recently signed a lease for a 22,000 square foot property to distribute product to the Tampa market.
