Deer Mountain Village

The development will have 185 residential lots, a tubing hill, mountain biking, and private skiing. Long-term development plans include a village at the base of the mountain with the primary clubhouse beginning construction during the Summer of 2024. The 83 lots on the East side of the mountain are currently for sale. With the summit at 6650’, Deer Mountain Village will be the highest elevation community between the Rockies and the Pyrenees. All lots will have asphalt roads, high speed fiber, electricity, and municipal water.
