Keating Resources acquired a 485,000 SF vacant rail-served distribution center on 20.5 acres in Hialeah, FL in 2015.

The site was the largest industrial site closest to Miami International Airport. Keating Resources redeveloped the building bringing it to 100% occupancy and later sold the site to Lincoln Property Company for a 400,000 SF Class A Industrial Development.
