Alec Keating

Alec serves as President at Keating Resources and is focused on all aspects of development, from identifying opportunities to due diligence, underwriting, land planning, obtaining bids, deal structure, and closings. Since joining KR in 2020 Alec has completed acquisitions, development, and dispositions in excess of $150 million in value.

Prior to joining KR in 2020, Alec graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX with a BBA in Real Estate Finance and a minor in Spanish. During his time in college he interned for the leading industrial team in South Florida, led by Larry Genet and Tom O’Loughlin at CBRE as well as retail-focused Hopkins Commercial in Dallas, TX.

In his free time, Alec enjoys outdoor sports, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
