Alec Keating

Alec serves as President at Keating Resources, where he leads the firm’s industrial real estate investments, master-planned community developments including Deer Mountain Village, and hospitality ventures including the Ian Munsick Cowboy Bar. Since joining KR in 2020, Alec has completed acquisitions, development, and dispositions in excess of $250 million in value.

Alec also co-founded Diligence LLC, a proprietary infrastructure data and site screening platform that maps power, gas, rail, and substation access at the parcel level to identify high-value industrial sites invisible to conventional sourcing methods.

Prior to joining KR, Alec graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX with a BBA in Real Estate Finance and a minor in Spanish. During college he interned with the leading industrial team in South Florida, led by Larry Genet and Tom O’Loughlin at CBRE, as well as retail-focused Hopkins Commercial in Dallas, TX.

Outside of work, Alec is an avid collector of early modern cartography and enjoys outdoor sports, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
