Alec Keating

Alec serves as President at Keating Resources and is focused on all aspects of development, from identifying opportunities to due diligence, underwriting, deal structure, and closings.

Prior to joining KR in 2020, Alec graduated from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX with a BBA in Real Estate Finance and a minor in Spanish. During his time in college he interned at Hopkins Commercial Real Estate as well as interned for the leading industrial team in South Florida, led by Larry Genet and Tom O’Loughlin at CBRE.

In his free time, Alec enjoys outdoor sports, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
