Alec Vitton

Alec Vitton serves in a client advisory and sales role at Keating Resources, where he helps guide prospective buyers through opportunities at Deer Mountain Village. He works closely with clients to align each homesite and investment with their lifestyle goals, bringing a thoughtful, relationship-driven approach to the sales process.

Prior to joining Deer Mountain Village, Alec served as Director of Marketing and Head of the Players Club at The Landmark Hotel and Casino, the development’s sister property. In that role, he was responsible for driving growth, enhancing guest experience, and building long-term customer relationships, experience that now informs his approach to client service and sales.

Alec was born and raised in Summit and studied finance and business administration at Indiana University and Lackawanna College. He has traveled to 49 states and visited more than 15 national parks, cultivating a deep appreciation for the country’s landscapes. After spending time living in Aspen, he developed a strong connection to mountain communities and the lifestyle they offer.

Outside of work, Alec enjoys traveling, exploring the outdoors, and spending time in the mountains.
