Maddy Matson

Maddy Matson serves in a leadership role across operations, sales, and experience strategy at Keating Resources, where she supports the development, positioning, and execution of the firm’s hospitality, real estate, and community-driven initiatives, including Deer Mountain Village. In her role, Maddy works closely with prospective buyers and stakeholders to translate vision into experience, while also contributing to on-the-ground operations and event execution across the portfolio.

Prior to joining Keating Resources, Maddy built her career in high-end hospitality and client-facing roles, most recently at Sutton Bay, South Dakota’s premier private club. Her background informs a highly personalized, relationship-driven approach to sales and client advisory, with a focus on delivering thoughtful, high-touch experiences.

Maddy is a South Dakota native and studied at Swarthmore College, where she pursued a multidisciplinary course of study spanning political science, architecture, and Spanish.

Outside of work, Maddy enjoys exploring the Black Hills, reading political theory, and pursuing creative interests centered around brand, space, and experiential design.
