Sean Hogard

Sean is a construction operations and business development specialist with expertise in large infrastructure, and civil projects, with experience in project management, fiscal management, feasibility analysis, and sales initiatives. Before joining the team, Sean managed deep foundation projects for Kiewit Foundations Co. with budgets ranging from $300K to $15M. He has experience in various projects, including the Calcasieu Pass Project LNG export facility, National Grid’s Fields Point Liquefaction Plant, Colorado Dept. of Transportation Central 70 Project, and CT Port Authority New London State Pier Infrastructure Improvement.

From 2016 to 2018, as a project manager at Brink Constructions, a Quanta Services, Inc. subsidiary, managed foundation projects with budgets ranging from $50K to $12M. They established detailed budgets, tracked costs, and ensured materials were issued according to schedules. They also managed business development, reviewed project documents, and enforced compliance with environmental and health policies. Notable contributions included leading high-potential new contract opportunities, partnering with Quanta Subsurface, and maintaining a secure foundations division backlog.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with his family outdoors, and quality time with friends.
